THE ARGENTINE EXPERIENCE

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA

Part dinner party, part cultural immersion, The Argentine Experience has welcomed thousands of international guests each year since 2011, proudly becoming the country’s number-one culinary shore excursion.

The evening captures the warmth, humor, and theatricality of Argentine hospitality through a lively mix of cooking, wine, storytelling, and cultural rituals where guests actively participate rather than simply observe. From empanada-making and mate tea rituals to Argentine hand gestures, local slang, and the traditions of the Argentine parrilla, every stage is designed to feel engaging, authentic, and socially connective, encouraging guests to interact, laugh, learn, and share the experience together, while creating a stronger cultural connection and appreciation for their time in the country.

Created for the Saudi Ministry of Culture, this immersive culinary experience introduces international guests to the warmth, ritual, and flavours of Saudi hospitality through gastronomy, storytelling, and hands-on participation.

Guests learn how to style a traditional shemagh or golden hama jewelry before stepping into the vibrant world of the ancient spice trade routes, exploring rare spices, medicinal plants, and Bedouin ingredients through a series of sensory spice market-inspired areas, interactive aroma challenges, and a hands-on spice blending activity. The experience also showcases the etiquette and tools behind Arabic coffee preparation alongside the southern Saudi technique of preparing smoke-infused water.

The evening culminates in an abundant Najd feast, where guests participate in centuries-old cooking methods, rich regional storytelling, and the communal traditions of Saudi dining by hand.

A lively culinary journey showcasing the evolution of Yucatan gastronomy, from the Mayan world to the present day, highlighting the different cultural influences, rituals, ingredients and cooking techniques that combined to shape one of Mexicos most iconic cuisines.

Designed as a playful, story-driven evening, guests move through different chapters of the Yucatan’s culinary identity while actively participating throughout the experience. Highlights include cacao and copal purification rituals, preparing fire blackened smoky salsa, and live demonstrations of ancestral soup cooking methods using superheated volcanic fire rocks, one of the earliest known cooking techniques in human history.

Beyond these curated concepts, Euphoria creates entirely bespoke worlds shaped by your deepest desires, personal stories, imagined realities and even brand identity through a unique flavour DNA. Here food becomes the stage, the plate becomes the set.

DAY OF THE DEAD

OAXACA, MEXICO

We transformed a boutique hotel into a candlelit world inspired by Mexican ritual, symbolism, gastronomy, and theatrical performance.

Guests were welcomed with smoking mezcal cocktails, personalized makeup artistry, and tailored costuming before moving through spaces filled with floral altars, skeletal installations, live performers, and ceremonial décor inspired by Día de los Muertos.

The evening unfolded as a multi-room sensory journey, including a theatrical sit down feast, music, cocktails, storytelling, and fire photography, bringing the magic and mysticism of Día de los Muertos spectacularly to life.

CO-FOUNDER & EXPERIENCE ARCHITECT

Leon is a global hospitality entrepreneur who has spent over 15 years creating immersive dining and travel concepts for luxury travellers, cruise guests, and destination developers worldwide.

He has designed experiences across more than 35 countries, including multiple award-winning concepts, welcoming hundreds of thousands of guests ranging from high-end boutique concepts to large-scale visitor attractions.

His current portfolio spans private islands, resorts, tourism authorities, and leading travel companies, while he is actively pursuing cruise line partnerships to bring this next generation of immersive experiences onboard.

CO-FOUNDER & CULINARY STORYTELLER

Lara, Founder & Creative Director of Euphoria, is a renowned chef taking an unapologetically imaginative approach to fine dining.

Formed in some of the most elite Michelin starred kitchens, she has carved a distinctive identity at the crossroads of gastronomy, performance, and surrealist design, curating immersive experiences where food and theatre exist as one.

Her signature lies in culinary storytelling , creating symbolic and thought-provoking dishes that marry haute cuisine with avant-garde art.

Her work has been showcased on Netflix’s Five Star Chef and other international TV capturing a global audience.

Beyond Euphoria’s catering and bespoke event services, Lara’s portfolio includes A-list consultancies for ultra-luxury brands, celebrities and The West End.
